As far as we plan, Winston and I are lifelong friends, so I am positive there will be more shoots to come down the road...I absolutely love those b&w pics of my boys and I :) Winston has a fanclub on facebook...I KNOW HOW RIDICULOUS THIS SOUNDS RYAN!! Russell Thank you for the professional photos you took of our family. I have to admit that when I booked the appointment I thought I was tasking you with mission impossible. Having one dog, a puppy and 2 cats, I had images of fur flying and chasing pets every where. But you are truly gifted and you captured shots that took a professional touch. You not only captured us as a group, you also accommodated the special request that I had for shots of individual pets as well as my search dog and I. 	I was just to Wyse Photography for the very first time. From the second I made the appointment and spoke to Russell, I had good vibes. I had recently had to put down my oldest dog so I was looking for a photo of my other two. The photographer, Ryan was patient and let the dogs sniff around and get used to everything. After he got started, he could'nt believe how easy it was to get the perfect shot of the two of them together. He made some funny noises and got my youngest to tilt his head completely to one side. The photos were all beautiful and so hard to narrow it down to just so many. Everyone who now sees the pictures, all comment on how nice they are and want to know where I got them done! If have nothing but good things to say about my whole experience and would'nt hesitate to go back. The dogs even enjoyed themselves! Sherry, Remi and Reign :)
We were recently in to have our picture taken with our 4 month old Shih Tzu. I was worried that it would be difficult to get our photo taken with her since she is still a puppy and likes to sniff around and see everything. Russell was very patient, and made lots of fun sounds to get Zoe's attention, so it actually didnt take as long as I thought it would. We were thrilled with all of the really fantastic pictures that turned out, actually, they were all so awesome, it was hard to just choose 3 poses! We could have walked away wtih alot more! We ended up getting 2 family shots and one of Zoe. We couldnt be happier. The first thing I said when I walked in was "I dont want anymore boring family pictures that always end up looking the same, year after year"...You know, the ones you get from department stores and those places? We were so happy to get some differnt shots that ended up turning out beautiful! We are so thrilled and will be back soon! Thanks Russell! Sheryl, Josh and Zoe
	Over the years, we have had a few different professional photographers take photos of our three beloved dogs. On June 4, 2006, Russell photographed our dogs for the first time. He was by far the best…his photos were much nicer and much less expensive. From now on, we will take our dogs only to Russell. I didn’t know how he would manage to get the dogs to pose together for a group portrait, but he took his time and got some amazing photos! Russell had the patience of a saint…we were there for quite some time! He was wonderful with the dogs and was extremely helpful when it was time to choose the photos we wanted. The photos completely captured each dog’s personality. We are thrilled with the photos and the whole experience. The photos are even more precious to us now, as we lost our oldest dog, Storm, due to cancer just 1 1/2 months after we had the photos taken. We had no idea he was sick at that time. I brought my cat, Plikka, who does not adjust to change well into get a picture of me and her together. What I thought would be a long and arduous affair was really quite simple and a lot of fun for both my cat and me. Russell made both of us feel at ease. Something to which my cat doesn’t particularly do easily. I lost track of the number of shots taken both with me in the picture and the pictures of Plikka. Once he finished taking pictures and they were transferred on to the computer I was blown away by the quality and personality that shone through the photos. I always thought that I had a beautiful cat, however part of that I accepted was my own personal bias, when I saw the shots taken I was impressed beyond belief at the minor details that came through the camera.

My favorite shot was one of the two of us where through patience and timing Russell was able to get both of our heads looking away from the camera, both looking to the same place and with a dreamy look to both of us. After I left the studio I couldn’t wait to start calling people. I was almost moved to tears by the patience and respect that I was given while sorting through the pictures. I can’t wait to start showing off all the new pictures, and have plans to enclose the Christmas shots taken to send to family far away. Thank you for the beautiful shots and the wonderful memories of Plikka.

I just wanted to take a moment to let you know how pleased I am with the pictures you took of my cat Yoda. The whole experience was a positive one. You really made it a lot of fun and very comfortable for both Yoda and myself. At first, my friends thought I was silly for getting professional pictures taken of my cat but now after seeing the photos they are considering having their pet's photos taken. It really was a fun experience.

The Pet Portrait Studio made my acquaintance when I organized a

couple of donations from them for the charity I volunteer with - Greyhound Pets of Atlantic Canada. Because of their generousity, I decided I'd have my first greyhound Titus, do a photo session with them. They were able to capture Titus in so many ways with some of the poses possessing "human-like" qualities! The photographer was dedicated to making sure my baby looked his best in every photo. For that reason I brought my second greyhound Fozzie, in with Titus a few months later for another session. It's amazing the results they can get with only a few seconds of stillness from my dogs because neither of them like to be very far from my side. I am a very satisfied customer and promote the studio whenever I can because they are good to their customers and the workmanship is like nothing I have ever seen.

I was so pleased with how well the pictures of the puppies turned out. The photographer was so good with them, he knew just how to get their attention. The pictures turned out so good that I came back a year later when I was nine months pregnant with my first child. I wanted a nice picture to remember my pregnancy so me and Sophie got our picture taken together. They turned out beautiful and I will definitely be back with my brand new baby girl to get a family picture done with everyone.

We would love to thank you for the great pictures. We had some taken in September and we like those ones so much, we had more taken in November with the entire family. You were patient and understanding when trying to get the dogs to stay in one spot. You were able to capture their true personalities with your camera lens, and we love looking at all of the pictures. We included wallet sized ones with alot of our Christmas cards this year. A family portrait with the dogs is something I have wanted for quite some time. Thank you for making that wish come true, and for the great pictures to be enjoyed for years to come.

Hi Last yr I had Mark do some wonderful photos of my Bichon Frise dog, he was so good and so patient. My dog is blind and he was very kind to her, And the photos were perfect- he was able to darken her blind eyes ,so she looked fine. I would recommend these pet photographers to anyone.

I had a very positive experience and my doy Princess had so much fun. They really took their time and allowed Princess to sniff around to feel out the place, before they started taking any photos. They took a wide array of shots, where I got to pick the ones I wanted. When I got the prints back in less than a week, I was so happy to see my babies. My prints were great, the service was great, and the people were great. I hoave only positive things to say about the studio

I was a little worried about how they were going to handle a puppy PitBull. I knew she would never sit stull. When we went in thye just let us play. The photographer started making a fool of himself by making puppy cries, it made me laugh and got a great response out of Princess. They really surprised me with the quality of what they could get. I'm very happy with the photos.

I recently brought my two cats in to get their pictures taken. Knowing they might not behave, I was dubious about how their pictures would come out. To my surprise they were fantastic. I loved the pictures that had flowers in them, they really captured the girls personalities. I love the fact there is no sitting fee, and you get to choose your pictures that day. The photographer really took his time to let the girls settle down and become comfortable.
